Returns
Conditions applicable for orders placed from June 22, 2026.
We strive to maintain the highest possible quality of service. However, if you have received a defective item or one different from that ordered, you can contact our customer service for the return of the items concerned and the reimbursement of the related amounts (or their exchange) free of charge.
If you change your mind, you have the option of returning some or all of the items ordered and requesting a refund. All items ordered are eligible subject to compliance with the returns conditions. Delivery charges are not refundable except in the event of an order preparation error or defective items.
- Patterns
You can return ordered items for any reason. Transport costs are applicable and are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of order preparation errors or defective items).
- Deadlines
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make your request and return the items.
- Condition and conditions of the items
Items must be returned with proof of order, in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed), folded in their original packaging with all tags attached and in good condition.
Transport costs are applicable for returned items where a collection service is available. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. They are updated and calculated as close as possible to the price list applicable to our partner carriers based on the country of origin and the weight of the package.
List of countries with a partner collection service:
- Mondial Relay : Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal.
- Colissimo : Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Malta, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia.
For other countries, shipping of returned items is the responsibility and expense of the customer.
1. Enter your return request
Have your order number (TX...) and your customer identifier (account email or the one used when ordering), then complete the form. return form. Attach the requested supporting documents (information, possible photos). A return label will be sent to you by email after validation of your request.
2. Prepare your package
Return the items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in good condition, properly folded in their original packaging accompanied by the order sheet.
3. Send your package
- at a relay point with Mondial Relay: Print the return label and drop off your package at the Relay Point of your choice.

- in post office with Colissimo: Print the return label and drop off your package at a post office.
- other terms: Return costs are your responsibility. Ship your package to the following address:

4. Reimbursement
Your refund (corresponding to the amount of your order after deduction of transport and return costs) will be made upon receipt of the return package after verification via the payment method used when ordering.
We do not offer exchange.
