Delivery
At TOXIK3 Paris, we offer delivery to several countries with tracking available at all times to guarantee our customers' peace of mind. Delivery costs are fixed, regardless of the size of your order. Delivery will be made within the deadlines planned for each region.

Rest of the World

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided when ordering. If your delivery address is isolated, for example to outlying islands or other remote destinations, we may be unable to deliver the order to that address. If this concerns you, you will be informed before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to ship to any country prohibited by export laws and regulations. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.
If you order product(s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes payable upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before placing your order. In the event that you wish to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price.
If they were not included, you would be responsible for arranging for the recovery of these taxes from your customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws of the country from which the products are delivered. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws by you.
We mainly work with two carriers:
- Mondial Relay for deliveries to relay points.
- Colissimo (La Poste) for home deliveries with signature.
The choice of carrier depends on the delivery method selected when placing your order.
Tracking of your package is accessible via the shipping confirmation email. You can follow its delivery directly on the tracking links:

Regular monitoring will allow you to know the exact delivery date.
In the event of a delay of more than 7 days, contact our customer service who will take care of opening an investigation with the carrier.
Return
Have you received your order but some items are not suitable? Don't worry, you can return them to us.
You have 14 days to return them to us from the date of receipt. For a refund, all returned items must not have been used/worn and must be in the same condition as you received them: correctly folded in their original packaging, with all labels still attached as well as the order sheet.
We would like to inform you that if you return products that are part of a commercial offer including a gift, you can keep the gift but its value will be charged upon reimbursement.
Return label is available for France and Europe (except Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia).

A flat rate is deducted from your refund. Here are the fees applied by country and zones:

A participatory package is deducted from your reimbursement. Here are the fees applied by country and zones:

Return possible for countries in the rest of the world, but without return label. You will have to take charge of organizing the return on your own.
Each returned product must be in its original condition, with label and packaging.
Add the order number on plain paper.
Put the order sheet
Use cardboard or an opaque pouch. You can choose packaging that is already used, but hide any old labels or text.
If you use the return label, stick it to the packaging and drop off the package without paying.
Otherwise, send back with the carrier of your choice to:

Packages remain your responsibility until receipt in our Toxik3 offices. We recommend that you carefully check all information in advance, keep proof of deposit and the tracking number of your package until your order is refunded.
Yes, for one of the following reasons:
- A product is not in its initial state
- The 30 day deadline has passed
In this case, customer service will contact you to find a solution, but your refund may be refused.
Returns are processed within 5 to 10 days after receipt at our offices for inspection.
You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
We would like to inform you that if you return products that are part of a commercial offer including a gift, you can keep the gift but its value will be charged upon refund. You can track the progress of your package using the tracking number available on your return label. You can do this directly on the Colissimo website via "Track your package" or on the Mondial Relay website via "Track your package", based on the return label you received.
We inform you that as soon as the returned product is received in our offices and its condition verified, we will immediately proceed to reimbursement. A notification email will be sent to you as soon as this operation is completed.
Please note that returns usually take more time than sending, because the carrier waits until it has enough packages to complete a trip, which is a common practice.
However, you can track the progress of your package using the tracking number available on your return label. You can do this directly on the website. Colissimo via "Track your package" or on the website Mondial Relay via "Track your package", based on the return label you received.
Please only contact us after 3 week deadline if necessary, as we will not respond to any emails regarding the tracking of your return before this period.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges on our site.
If you would like a new size, another model or color, we invite you to return and place a new order.

Our sizes are French. We do not size large or small. It is advisable to take your usual size.

Here it all depends on you and how you like to wear your clothes. Are you more comfortable when the pants stick to your body, or do you prefer to be freer in your movements?
If you like to have a close-fitting feeling, take a good look at the composition of the pants, favoring stretch and/or elastane materials, and take your usual size.
